This place sold my grandmother a hearing aid that she did not even need. The sales woman was so pushy and bullied her into purchasing a $1000 hearing device. After arriving home and finally had a chance to process what happened, she tried to cancel the order and they refused to refund her money. This company tries to take advantage of the elderly and I am disgusted that our happened in our otherwise wonderful town.

My mom had hearing aids before but they simply weren’t working and her family and friends were aggravated with talking to her and we started excluding her from conversations. After she completely missed hearing her friend announce she had cancer, it was the last straw and I took her to Miracle Ear in Eagle. Kellee helped her and she was just amazing. She was kind, patient, and took the time to educate me on how frustrated and left out people with hearing problems feel. When Kellee put the hearing aids in my moms ear and then spoke, the look on my moms face was priceless. Her hearing is vastly improved and we couldn’t be happier. The follow up care and checkups from Kellee have been top notch too. We highly recommend Miracle Ear for their product and customer service.

I had the most wonderful experience with Kellee Newman at Miracle-Ear. She handled my hearing needs with professionalism and expertise. Kellee goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer and ensures that you are wearing the best fitting and most effective hearing aids possible. I would recommend Kelli highly if you are experiencing any hearing loss. You will not be disappointed.
