Both Dr. Pickup and Dr. Mitchell worked with my special needs son throughout his hearing appointment. A pleasant and wonderful experience and with the kindest service! I appreciated very much being informed of each test so I understood throughout how the experience was going. The way they made the tests fun for my son kept him happy and engaged which is no easy task!!! I recommend Mt. Harrison audiology highly and will return for ongoing hearing needs my son may need!

My newborn failed his hearing test in the hospital so I wanted to check his hearing and this was so close to where I live! Dr. Pickup was really friendly and patient with my newborn as I tried to rock him to sleep to have clearer hearing test results. It's such a relief to know that he has perfect hearing but that if he didn't that we could find out right away and help his hearing early!

Dr. Pickup has been very good to work with in keeping my hearing aids adjusted and set for my needs. She has also been very helpful in addressing my tinnitus condition.
