Very friendly, professional office. Caring and attentive doctor and nurses. Always informative and calming to ease my worries during visits. All medical procedures, surgeries, imaging, etc. were coordinated and scheduled with speed. Can't say enough thank yous and am very grateful to Dr Goodrich and nurses Britni & Stephanie for my well-being.

Palouse ENT is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Doctor Goodrich is incredibly accommodating & patient, especially when I have to bring all four of my kiddos in! I have never once felt rushed out of the office or like I was another patient to check off his list. He genuinely cares about his patients and provides exceptional care! I high recommend this office, especially if you have kids!

Dr. Rutendo Chikuku is amazing! So patient and kind with a 97 year old grandma. After years of hearing checks and hearing aids, grandma says she's the best she's ever been to! Thank You so much, Ru!!

Dr Goodrich has been very good with my husband Darrell. He discovered the cancer on Darrell's vocal cords early and this was a good thing because it had not gone anywhere else. Darrell is still with me. He gets unhappy sometimes because he has to talk with an electro larynx but it is getting better. Dr Goodrich always makes time to see Darrell when Darrell has a problem and explains what is going on. And yes everyone in the office are very helpful and courteous. We highly recommend Palouse ENT

Dr. Goodrich and his staff are amazing! They are always friendly and willing to explain what's going on with you or your child. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for my family.
