Always prompt and courteous. Can’t say anything negative. Would recommend Connect Hearing to everyone I know.

I think Jacynda might have saved my life!! I had a terrible jump in tinnitus, accompanying a major jump in hearing loss, and she was able to quickly match me with a hearing aid that made life livable again. The office bends over backwards to help you, including once fed-exing me free supplies when I was on vacation and needed them. Outstanding practice. Never any wait. Plus, Free coffee!

I took my aunt to connect hearing. Jacynda was wonderful. She took her time and explained every thing so my aunt whose almost 88, could understand. She had my aunt practice how to put the hearing aid in and out. My aunt can now hear after many long years not hearing anything. This place is wonderful!

Hi, this is actually Gina McDonald. I brought my dad into Connect Hearing yesterday. Jacinda was wonderful. She really worked with my dad to make him feel comfortable with getting hearing aids. She also was very respectful of the price range he was looking to stay in.

everyone was very helpful. I not only got hearing aids but custom ear plugs for work and the race track. Very easy process. Worth the visit.
