Ben was very helpful and answered all questions. He made sure the volume levels and fit was correct, and gave his information for follow-up.

I am very happy and satisfied that I found the chicagoland hearing aid center. The people there are very welcoming and I got the help that I need and how they gave me the pleasure and happiness that I am able to hear again. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Go anywhere but here. The Big Guy Ben, as he called himself, has the aplomb of a porcupine. He's NOT a people person, nor does he interact well with senior citizens on a fixed income. All he's interested in is getting as much money from you that he can. He's slick & has an answer for everything so his company will benefit, not the client!

My friend reached a hearing center for me. I was not happy with the hearing center I was attending . She came up with the Chicagoland Hearing Center. The one in Hyde Park was perfect location for me. Benjamin give me the attention and information that I needed. I ordered the hearing aids that day. They were back within less than 2 weeks. I have referred others to this center . Very happy
