This afternoon I had an appointment with Dr. Whitney Cope, and honestly there just aren't enough words to express how wonderful, kind, and compassionate she and the ladies in the Front Office are. My appointment was at 4:30 for adjustments to my hearing aids and within 15 minutes I was on my way home. Audiology & Hearing Center is first rate and makes you feel like family, not a customer. Thank you so much!!! 😊

I have not previously had hearing aids, so all of this is a new experience for me. Dr. Whitney Cope was very pleasant to deal with, and I felt very comfortable during my hearing test. I have noticed that I am now hearing the "small sounds" that I had lost, such as the click of the keyboard, as I type on my computer. It will probably take time for me to get used to the sensation of an object being in my ear, that is still foreign to me at this time. Overall, I am very pleased with my hearing aids, and highly recommend Dr. Cope and the Audiology & Hearing Center of Paducah.

For my first time at the doctor, I can say it was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. I recommend it to anyone who has the slightest acoustic problem. I was very impressed with their high technology equipment and their warm way of treating you. Thank you for all doc!

The visit today was great. I thank you for taking the time for me even though I didn't have an appointment. Dr. Tony is trying so hard to make my hearing better. .
