Teri is one of the most informative hear specialist that I have found. I have been playing Rock & Roll for a lot of years. She tested me for hearing loss a knew right away what I needed. We did the test and in a few day's I had my hearing aids and a few adjustments I'm hearing like knew the birds are singing again. Thanks Teri I will be back soon. I can’t say enough about Terri who was the expert when I realized I needed to stop and find my way back to clearer hearing. I call it the Big Sneak, the way hearing loss happens and frankly, it can be scary. She knows her stuff and that is so reassuring to the new client. I feel so lucky to have found her and I depend on her absolutely.

I bought hearing aids a few months ago and loved them from the beginning because Terri was an excellent teacher/instructed. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend you see Terri before buying hearing aids if you want a good experience.

Teri takes as much time as I want to answer questions, demonstrate how to clean and maintain my hearing aids and to examine and clean the wax from my ears. She explained a Bluetooth problem that I had so that I know the environments that it is likely to occur. She always ends each appointment with " Is there anything else I can help you with?" Also, her main product is Otion, the best reviewed hearing aids.
