From the moment I made the appointment to the follow through, the process was informative and seamless. The testing was very thorough and the results were simply explained. My options were also presented in a form that was clear with the pros and cons of each. Very professional.

I have worn hearing aids most of my adult life due to a congenital hearing loss. Finding a style that is both functional and discreet has been a challenge as a working professional where my job requires me to hear well in a variety of settings. Hearing Health Center offers a wide range of models to and a large staff of qualified and courteous audiologists that were able to help me find a style that did everything I needed them to do. I strongly recommend Hearing Health Center as a clinic that will work with their clients to find the perfect solution to meet their unique needs.

From the time I made the appointment with Jennifer I felt good about the upcoming appointment. The level of promptness, professionalism and courtesy offered was outstanding. The attention to detail I received was amazing. Dr. Riel and her assistant were very attentive in their orientation and explanation of the process. Thank you to the Hearing Health Center, particularly to Dr. Jaclyn Riel. I had been in denial about my hearing for a very long time, associating it with old age. But after talking to Dr. Riel, I realized that not only can my hearing get worse, but it could affect my overall health. With the support of my family I got the hearing aids. Dr. Riel really listened to my concerns and helped me prepare for the transition into the hearing world again. They were also able to help me financially afford the hearing aids with their special program. After wearing the hearing aids for a month, it has made a world of difference, especially at my job. My Supervisor has been praising my work performance and it feels great. Now when I wear them I am not very conscious of them, which is the best thing. Dr. Riel is more than a audiologist for my family. I have three children who have hearing losses. I came to The Hearing Health Center to get my daughter and youngest son new hearing aids. While at this appointment I received a call that my middle son had just been diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Riel continued to move forward with getting their hearing aids ordered while comforting me during the saddest point in my life. While going through our family cancer journey the Hearing Health Center Foundation was introduced to me again because my son was diagnosed with a hearing loss. The Hearing Health Center Foundation found a donor to provide my son with two in the ear hearing aids to restore his hearing. Dr. Riel once again there to find the right hearing aids to help bring a smile back to my son as well as my family. If you are looking for a hearing aid location that shows compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail The Hearing Health Center is the place for you. Thank you Dr. Riel for your compassion and caring. You are the best!!!!
