My husband has been getting used to his hearing aids for about two months now and is very pleased with them, to say the least. It has been quite an experience for all of us especially the grandkids who no longer have to shout to get his attention. Thank you for opening his ears, and his world to many new sounds and experiences.

My Core has helped me hear better at the touch of my smart phone screen. I can now follow conversations better than before and hear my students in a noisy classroom of 34. However, they are still bigger for my taste and do not hide well behind my ear because I wear glasses and wear my hair short. I am still thinking about in the ear canal amplifiers.

I can hear!!! The hearing aids work great. There is a learning curve to adjusting them so you can hear and you don't whisper, spouse helps with that : ) I have told several others to look into getting MDH hearing aids.

Company service is terrific. Hearing aids didn't work out for me. I was diagnosed deaf in the high end of the scale and excellent in the low end. But that made hearing in groups impossible. The aids just don't help me with that. But the quality of the LUX is excellent. Sorry they didn't work for me, but I recommend them for those with hearing loss in high and low ranges.

The hearing aid arrived in questionable condition. Upon opening the box, the contents were loose and scrambled through the box. The small pouch which was to hold the two hearing aids was open, and the hearing aids were not inside it. I called the company and requested that I return the aids because I was reluctant to use them because of the way they were received. I was told I could not return them until after December24; they said I should call them on that day to request a return authorization. Even though I told them I would not try them, they insisted I wait until December 24, or I would be charged a significant extra charge. They were very unpleasant to me. I am still waiting foe December 24 to call them and anticipate an unpleasant experience with that call. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
