1000 PLUS!! Bryan is great and staff person Erin, too. Bryan is always efficient but thorough. Somehow Bryan always seems to know exactly what is needed and he even came in early once to fit my recent crazy work schedule! I always leave there amazed at all the sounds I wasn't able to hear for so long, especially speech. It is so wonderful to be able to socialize and actually hear what's being said! Thank you again and again, Bryan!!

I've been wearing hearings aids for most of my life so I have a lot of experience and I can honestly say I love working with Bryan. He always goes above and beyond to help me out when I have any trouble with my hearing aids. He squeezes me in to get them cleaned or to just answer my questions. In my profession, I rely a lot on my hearing aids and it's so nice to have someone that understands that. I also appreciate knowing about the latest technology and Bryan is always willing to let me try things and show me what's new. Nicole is always friendly and gives top notch customer service on the phone and then Bryan is always helpful when I come in the office. Between the two of them I look forward to my Miracle Eat appointments!! I would highly recommend Miracle East to anyone needing hearing aids.

Bryan is one of the best! He takes care of me when ever I've had any problems with my hearing aid. He's even went as fare to sneak me in in a pinch and has also given me his personal number to get a hold of him. Miracle ear really treats you like family not just some one there to spend money. If I could give the staff a 100 stars I would keep up the great work guys.

I visited Miracle-Ear due to my own hearing concerns, specifically when dealing with a lot of background noise. At the time, I wasn't sure what options were out there, but Bryan listened to my concerns and genuinely wanted to find the best solution to suit my needs. He was very thorough and explained the options available to me. I was relieved that it felt more like a doctor/patient consultation rather than like a pushy salesperson trying to make a sale. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to find a way to improve their overall hearing quality.

I've been working with Bryan since about the time he started at Miracle Ear. I recently received my new Miracle Ear hearing aide. It works very well and has changed my life. Bryan set this hearing aide to work extremely well and he's always open and available if I have questions. It's a pleasure to have my hearing tested by Bryan and not a chore. He is very personable and it's obvious that he cares about people. He's patient, he listens, has a great sense a humor, and his audiology skills are topnotch. He is the very best, by far, of all the audiologists that evaluated me at Miracle Ear and other places throughout the years. I've been wearing a hearing aide for over 20 years. I wish him continued success. I hope to receive many years of service from him. Miracle Ear is very fortunate to have him.
