Having to get a cochlear is nice to have a doctor's office fight for you instead of with you about your insurance company and vocational rehab.

Dr Disher is fantastic and if this review was just for him, it would be an enthusiastic 5 stars, the audiology department would receive a zero star rating. I started the process of getting a cochlear replacement in February of this year because I knew I would be hitting our deductible. Never heard anything for quite a while. I even called and left messages throughout the months about it because no one ever seemed available to answer the phone. It was very rare when I would receive a reply. Fast forward to November and I start calling everyday. They finally get the process moving but now it's too late and it won't count against this year. I had to cancel my order because I can't afford a $6000 processor out of pocket. This was my first and last time dealing with the audiology dept. I thought since Dr Disher was so good the hearing aid department would reflect that as well. I guess I'll have to go back to ENT when I know I'll be hitting my deductible again in a few years.

We had an 11 am appointment and arrived at 10:50. After waiting for 40 minutes, the nurse told us it would be another 30 minutes max. We waited for 75 minutes before leaving. The receptionist and nurse didn't seem to care how long we'd been waiting. Some people had been there since 9 am.
