I found Dr. Hill (Mike) to be very friendly and professional -- as were the people in his office, Lori and Sherry. I had hearing aids that weren't completely satisfactory and Dr. Hill fitted me with aids that allowed me to hear better. In particular, I liked the clear (not tinny) quality of the sound. Even though I was pleased with the hearing aids (especially after the slight readjustment Dr. Hill made at my two-week followup) I returned them about six weeks into the generous 12-week trial period -- not because of any shortcoming or complaint of any kind but because my personal situation changed and I needed the money back. The point I want to make is this. Dr. Hill immediately, without any hassle or quarrel at all, refunded my payment in exact accord with the no-fine-print contract he and I both had signed. To repeat some of the above, in my estimation Dr. Hill is competent, friendly and honest. I believe you can trust him to deal with you pleasantly, fairly and competently. NW, West Chester

Excellent experience with Hill Hear Better. Mike Hill is an audiologist with years of experience. His clients are clearly satisfied with his services, and loyal to his practice. I know Ryan Hill at the Montgomery office well. He is equal to his dad in all respects, and is a good option for services for persons who live on the east side of Cincinnati. This is a five star practice with high ethical standards and quality of services.

What a great staff and service, very professional yet relaxed atmosphere! I was unsure if I had hearing loss. Dr. Mike Hill conducted a variety of tests, explained everything and showed me my individual results. He was able to demonstrate what I heard without hearing aids and with. Awesome technology to pinpoint individual hearing loss to personalize treatment! Totally recommend this group!

I had an unexpected onset of earwax buildup which made it difficult to hear; I felt off balance and as if 'under water'. The ear doc where I am an established patient had no availability (nor did any of his associates) for nearly a week. Dr. Brandi Raycheck at Hill Hear Better Clinic was able to see me the next day and relieved my discomfort in minutes. She was pleasant, skillful, unrushed and informative. Although Dr. Raycheck was able to remove my ear wax without using the new water "Earigator", she let me experience it when I expressed curiosity. The water was warm and the treatment was comfortable. The receptionist Lori was both very friendly and businesslike . . . I especially noted the staff was attentive with an elderly patient who required some extra care. This is how it's supposed to be in the medical world! On top of it all, I was charged a very reasonable $45 for exceptional service.
