Sound Hearing Care is awesome. Dr. Combs gave me a hearing test a while back and gave me options to think about. She was very helpful. I have wore hearing aides for over 20 years and recently decided to change audiologist. I wanted more personal care and not all the extra charges of UC Audiology. I recently went back to her and ordered new hearing aides. The availability of her and her office staff has been very impressive. When I need adjustments done to the aides they are quick to get me in and Kimberly's assistance has met my every expectation. I would highly recommend her services. She is very knowledgeable about her products.

Dr. Combs tested my hearing more in depth than any other Specialist in the past. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood the problems I was having. My new hearing aids work excellent with my iphone. Friends and co-workers are jealous over the features and control that I have using my phone to adjust the hearing aids with changing environments. It's amazing to listen to my phone conversations, music and TV directly to my hearing aids and being able to tune out some or all background noises.

Very pleased with Ms Combs and her staff. All appointments were on time. I was not optimistic that my tinnitus could be effectively treated. I've been pleased and even a little surprised at how much the tinnitus has been reduced.

I found Dr. Kimberly Combs and her staff to be informative, accommodating, and friendly. I would recommend Sound Hearing Care without reservation, Kimberly explained what to expect, and how the process would unfold as we went along. No high pressure/sell up or sale pitch.

Dr. Combs is wonderful to work with. She is attentive, really listens to me and has worked harder than any audiologist I've known to get things just right with my hearing aids. Plus, since I switched to Sound Hearing Care under Dr. Combs' care, I'm finally wearing hearing aids that fit comfortably and work effectively.
