I have found the ASI staff in both Red Oak and Des Moines extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I need several capabilities which are available only in upper-end hearing devices. They got me what I needed to improve my ability at work, my enjoyment of plays/musicals/movies, and my life generally. And they continuously help me with using all available features and maintenance.

When I arrived a very kind and friendly office manager greeted me and started the process of orientating me to the facility and services. The Audiologist , Lee, was most professional and explained the entire process in a calm and friendly manner. The testing diagnosed my hearing very thoroughly and the devices were programmed to resolve my diagnosed issues. I am impressed and feel extremely well served.

I had some concerns about having possible hearing loss, so I decided to get a free hearing test in the new ASI office in Des Moines. Although, I was nervous about the doing the test, the staff and audiologist made me feel very comfortable. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and capable. I am very glad I did the hearing test! It was a relief to know I do not have hearing loss. The hearing test from ASI is a great free service for anyone who wants to have their hearing checked.

I've always wondered if I had a problem with my hearing. I have several family members who wear hearing aids and I sometimes have trouble. When I found out that I could go in for a FREE exam to be tested, I jumped at the chance. I was nervous about what I didn't know, but the Office Manager and Hearing Specialist were super friendly and knowledgable. They quickly put me at ease as they conducted my hearing tests and answered all my questions. The Hearing Specialist thoroughly explained the results of my tests and knew so much about all the questions I asked. I am so thankful that I went in for the free exam and would highly recommend this office to anyone who is having trouble with their hearing.
