My husband and I wanted to get our hearing tested after noticing certain things became more and more difficult. After reviewing different providers in the area we hide to get our test at Beltone in Danville because the high level of service and they never charge for service or cleaning. The hearing test was the most thorough I’d ever had and I felt confident I’d made the right decision working with Rob. Him and Alice who works up front made us feel at home and made a recfomendayion yhat has been incredibly clear and easy to understand without the downfalls I’ve heard from friends of mine with hearing aids. My hearing aids are rechargeable and very easy to use. I can even hear my phone calls through the hearing aids. I was impressed by how affordable they were and they give a lot of options that could fit anyone’s budget. Rob told me they were looking to get more patient experiences on the internet so I jumped at the chance to sing their praises. If you have trouble with your hearing, choose Beltone. They will take time to explain things and your satisfaction is backed by a guarantee. Couldn’t be more pleased, I enjoy going by there just to visit. They make me feel like family.
