I've been wearing hearing aids for 25 years. Due to moves (mine and theirs), I have been to 4 audiologists. I started with one here in Knoxville, and after almost a year, determined she was only interested in money. I found Transcend Hearing online. I had a minor problem with my right aid, and had previously gotten a super cheap aid elsewhere on my left side as the dog had gotten it and thought "'What a great chew toy." I gave Jeff my right aid, which he had to send in for repair, and in the car, I told my wife "I think I like them (Jeff and Kelsey). I returned and told him that I decided to get a real hearing aid for my left ear. He started with the features of aids in different price levels but did not hesitate to tell me expensive ones had more than I needed. We settled on one and then I asked "Which on would you get? " It was only a hair more. The aid came in, and I was amazed at the difference. He spent plenty of time to make sure the settings and comfort was fine and has follower up several times. In summery he's great. He cares about you, not price, and wants to help you long term. You can trust his advice. I do.

I am thankful for Jeff and his office.I have tried other Hearing aids that could not get them adjusted to where I could her people talking and understand what they were saying. On the first visit and adjustment my wife and myself were very surprised at the quality of my hearing.I have gone back for tiny adjustments to make things better and Jeff understands exactly what needs to be done to make things better. I would highly recommend anyone needing Hearing aids to give Jeff a vist before you decide. I am glide that I did .

For many years my ability to hear and understand conversations has been declining. I was no longer able to hear my family, phone , or television. I had tried other hearing aid companies but due to a birth defect in my ear, nothing helped. One day I received a flyer about a company in Clinton. made an appointment the next day for a test. I was so pleased to find such personable folks who understood my problem and worked to make sure I was no longer avoiding crowds and able to join the world of the hearing again. Mr. Milan and Cassy were so patient and I now have the aid I needed. I am looking forward to hearing the birds in my garden this spring and can even hear the dog walk across the floor. If you need help to hear, I am highly pleased to say this has been a blessing and would advise anyone who has a hearing loss to visit Transcend in Clinton. Just a short drive but it changed my life. They have truly been a blessing. Thanks for all you do. Lynda Harmon

Great experience! Before we visited transcend hearing in Clinton, we contacted various other hearing aid providers online and at their facilities. most of the providers we visited were bias toward one brand/model in particular. With Transcend, we were given choices of brands and models to choose from. To add, the prices were very affordable.
