I was absolutely pleased with the care and professionalism at the office. All of my questions were answered in a manner I could understand and appreciate. The services are well above the norm. Thank you. Fred Johnson

Very dishonest! Once my father-n-law paid for his aids just to try them he kept complaining they were hurting his ears and he wasn't happy. Sherry kept telling him to keep them that he had to gst used to them. He went to return them and she said one more week. That took him 2 days past his 30 days and she wouldn't refund his money. They were very rude to him as he continued to try to get them to hear. He will never go back.

I have worn hearing aids for seven years. Three years ago I was in need of new hearing aids, I did a little research and decided to stop in Miracle Ear in Kingsport Tenn.I spoke with Sherrie Greenwell, she scheduled me a appointment for a hearing test and I purchased a set of hearing aids.I have had great service,Sherrie Greenwell Hearing Specialist is very experienced and shows that she cures ,she checks my hearing aids and hearing regular .Stopping at Miracle Ear at Kingsport was the best choice for my hearing needs. I recommend Miracle Ear in Kingsport they are great!

I have a very mild hearing loss and didn't need to purchase hearing aids, however, when I am ready, I will be going to Miracle Ear in Kingsport. The ladies in the office are very professional and wonderful to interact with. Sherrie was very thorough and did a great job explaining my loss and what can happen if it worsens and I don't get help for it. I won't go to any other hearing center! Thank you!
