When I first started coming to Beltone my hearing was almost gone. I had tried 2 other hearing aids from other places. Bill started working with me until he found a hearing aid to fit my need. If you have a hard time hearing or know someone that does Bill will do his best to go the extra mile to secure that you have your hearing repaired. Becky is always so friendly with a smile on her face that will brighten your day. When it comes to hearing no ones cares like Bill and Becky at Beltone in Kingsport.

Bill at Beltone took much better care of me than the first place I went in town. The competitor I saw first didn't make me feel like they wanted to help but bill made every effort to work with me and get me hearing. now I have a new hearing aid and can hear better than I have in years!!! so glad we found this office and his service

Bill took excellent care of my 90 year old dad. He was very patient with my both parents, answering all their questions and making sure they understood their options. It was great seeing the smile on my dad's face when he could hear again!!

I came into check on a hearing aid, and it needed to be affordable for me. Bill worked out something with me so I could afford to hear with a product he was able to provide. because of Bill now I can hear my grandchildren and people at church when they testify. I am tickled and can't thank Bill and Beltone enough for helping me and showing how much they care about helping people hear. Go see them you won't be disappointed. I've tried hearing aids all over the area and never have had this type of success with hearing aids even ones paid even more for.
