Our visit to the Hillsboro office was nothing less than friendly and professional. Pat is very informative and helpful. She is quite thorough with her testing and makes certain that you hear and understand what is being said and done. Kathy is very friendly and helpful as well. She is ready and willing to help in every way possible to make our visits both efficient and pleasant. I have recommended this office and these ladies to several people and will continue to do so. Thanks again Pat and Kathy. Looking forward to our next visit. :)

Been unable to hear well since a child. I have had two sets of aids over the years but never really wore them due to squeaking caused by phone, head scarves etc. got a postcard from acute hearing over a year ago. I decided to try once again because I was tired of asking what did you say, or making a fool of myself by making a wrong response to a question. Pat knows her stuff, got my aids and it has opened up a new world of sounds. So many sounds I’ve been missing. Wish I had known about Pat years ago.

My brother and I took my Mom to Hearing Solutions to get new hearing aides. Pat is amazing! She was very caring and explained everything to Mom. Mom really needed new hearing aides. I cannot believe what a difference it has made for my Mom. We just went back yesterday for a follow up visit Pat checked things out and adjusted the hearing aides and answered the questions Mom had. If you or someone you know needs hearing aides, this is the place to go. It will make such a difference in your life.

Hi, For those of you that maybe thinking about your hearing. Get it tested, I did at Hearing Solutions by Pat Rigg. Yes, I had hearing loss. I try on a pair of hearing aids when I was there. I couldn't believe the difference. My experience at Hearing solutions in Hillsboro has been great. I was allowed to try different pairs of hearing aids until I choose the one I liked. If you were to have any issues or problems with a hearing aid, Pat or Kathy they will fit it for you, period. They are very professional and genuinely concerned about people's hearing problems. I hope this post help you in anyway.. Bob
