I choose Gould's for replacement hearing aids. After researching other providers, I recommend them. The staff has been professional & helpful, and the price reasonable. Their experience shows, and they certainly assisted me. They will help you select among the available options, plus explain the latest technology - like connecting your aids to your cell phone through Bluetooth. Appointments are easily arranged . And the traffic near their office isn't the drawback I thought it would be.

Peter and his staff go above and beyond in the way they treat their customers. Excellent service and quick visit times really make it easy to plan my schedule. Getting hearing aids was not something I was looking forward to but Peter’s lifelong service in audiology really has made all the difference in making my experience very positive.

Down to one star, even though I had one good experience in the store. Went in for a night splint for plantar fasciitis and the sales person was pleasant and helpful. If you try to call them, you are at risk of dying from old age by the time their phone menu is finished. Even after all that, you will end up just pressing zero. A simple transaction over the phone for some post op bandages after knee replacement took 15 minutes. The order got bunged up and nobody called to advise I should maybe find some alternative. Now I'm stuck after total knee replacement with the same incision dressing for a week and by the time the order arrived, they weren't needed. 80 bucks down the drain, I guess. Yet another reason health care costs are ridiculous. Their overhead must be incredible. Not many other options in town. It's almost like they are the medical care mafia. Find somewhere else if at all possible. If I owned this place, I would be very concerned. Then again, maybe they can't see over the piles of cash and just don't care. It certainly shows.

All I needed was diapers for my adolescent sons. Not only did they hardly have any selection, but it took over an hour to find a decent product and check out. There is literally 8 feet from the diaper shelf to the checkout area, yet I stood there for 54 minutes waiting to be checked out. Along with several other elderly folks that I'm sure, were tired and sore, yet weren't offered a proper place to sit and rest. If I could give negative stars, I would.
