I have been saying, “Huh?” for decades. I first went to Audiology First fifteen to twenty years ago. I was extremely frustrated with the available technology and gave up on the hearing aids within three months. I am a Public Defender so the first word out of my mouth after the judge says something really shouldn’t be “Huh?” But that’s only my profession. The real problem was that I could not hear a dear friend who has Parkinson’s disease so back to Diana I went. After retesting and a fitting for my one ear that has pretty bad hearing loss, I got my new hearing aids. I could hear my friend. I went to brunch with “the ladies” in a crowded noisy restaurant and after everyone else had given their news, my news was, “I heard every word you all said!” It was so exciting. I heard my three great-nephews sing together and actually heard them. The youngest has a Masters from the Maryland Opera Studio and his siblings sing just as well. I cried. It was beautiful! What a gift Diana Wagner has given me. Diana and her staff have been so kind and calm and competent. I would not go anywhere else! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! It is like a party in my ears.

I got straight talk and sound advice - no sales pitch.

I was delighted with Audiology First from my first contact, which was the call to make an appointment. The reception was warm, welcoming and friendly. Then meeting Diana was a total pleasure. She is not only a knowledgeable professional, but one who listens, understands, and responds to a patient's needs. Besides all that, she is unfailingly pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. I can't recommend this practice too highly. I encourage anyone with a hearing problem to do themselves a favor and make an appointment.

l live with someone who lives/works with hearing loss. I know the battle of hearing the tv cranked up a few notches every week or two. The constant repetition of words, or phrases and the frustration that proceeds it. My Grandma is amazing, and nothing stops her. She's retained much of her amazing glow through her golden years, but the hearing started to fade. After visiting Diana and finding the right hearing aids for her, no one knows she wears them, and we don't have to fight over the remote anymore. The office is friendly and easy to work with and I definitely recommend them.

I've been seeing Diana and her staff for a couple of years now and can very honestly say the care and expertice is second to none. I've had hearing problems for years and was referred to her via my primary care provider as it was time to get some electronic help. Diana tested me, fully discussed my result with me, and helped me decide which hearing aid was best choice. She customized the devices to each ear and now I don't have to say, HUH? Can anyone do better than that? The answer is NOT! If you are having hearing difficulties, you owe it to yourself to experience the difference. The newer devices are smaller, more advanced, and loaded with features. My favorite is the streaming device that sends the TV signal directly to the hearing device. There is no better way to enjoy what you are watching. Incredible! Thanks Diana for all your help and I will be seeing you for a long time to come. Bob
