Great experience. The audiologist and front office staff were both informative and supportive. Originally, I went to another office, but since the Pikesville office was closer, they worked with me to transfer the information. I was thrilled that they had early morning appointments so I could go before work.

Amber, the receptionist, was warm, welcoming and accommodating with making an appointment. Upon arrival she was pleasant and effecient dealing with the paper work. Dr. Meredith Nowak, the audiologist, displayed a depth pf knowledge and sincere caring that made me feel that I made the right choice. After thorough testing and demonstrations I requested an additional test. This test proved to me the value of having the aids versus not having them. We then discussed prices and terms. When I was told about the 90 day return policy for any reason at no charge whatsoever I was sold. It is much better than the 30 days required by the state of Maryland, and way more than the guarantee offered by the competition. I had nothing to lose so I gave Meredith the order immediately. I would not have done so without the no cost 90 day guarantee. I don't intend to return the aids but 90 days is a good trial period, and it is peace of mind.

The receptionist and Dr Meredith Nowak are the best! I hear great with my NEW Hearing Aids, they block out all the background noises. I can actually hear people now. Everything is just perfect now!

I have nothing but praise for Dr Nowak. She was so knowledgeable and professional but yet down to earth and so pleasant. I really was impressed by the the exam and experience from front to desk until i left. Her willingness to help guide me thru the insurance nightmares was wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family and friends!!!!!

I received a free coupon from my parents and was so thrilled to find this office to be within a block from my own. I came in, did 2 minutes of paperwork & was seen immediately, without wait. Both the staff & the doctor were so very kind, understanding & accommodating. I was seen by Dr. Nowak. The doctor took the time to discuss my multitude of problems and concerns, did examinations and testing and then addressed my options. She referred me to an ENT and told me to see an ENT & Cardiologist immediately to get a better idea of what is happening. She was kind, attentive & compassionate. I was pleased to have had the opportunity to meet with her. I ended up having to pay for the appointment, but only because I accepted the additional services offered, in which price and service were discused beforehand, so I cannot complain. I was happy to be offered the additional service and grateful for the transparency of informing me of the cost ahead of time. All in all, I had a very good experience, and immediately referred my father to them, when I left. The same hour, he scheduled an appointment himself, which made me so very happy, as he has been struggling with hearing problems for some time now. I want to thank Hearing Specialty Group for their time and assistance. I couldn’t ask for better service or a more attentive doctor.
