I have been a client for several years now. They always go above and beyond! It is SO IMPORTANT to have a TEAM of professionals who can all work with you as you travel the hearing loss journey. Hearing aids are only incredible and life-changing if you have the right ones, and the right people to program them. Hearing loss runs in my family so I have lots of different experiences to draw from, and I know I am in the best hands at Live Better Hearing.

I have had the best experience with all the team members. I wear Lyrics, which require an audiologist or technician to insert so my ability to hear depends on their availability at a moment’s notice. Brandon is so accommodating at fitting me in by staying late or coming early. And one time he wasn’t available Dr Cushing was able to squeeze me in. I was also very touched that I received a handwritten congratulations note from Sarah when I mentioned in passing I had a new job. Excellent service and personable.

Although Frederick is a long drive from Rockville, it’s worth it to me because I’ve been working with Jennifer Cushing for years. They have several closer offices and many great Audiologists, but I think Jennifer is the best. She’s very professional and friendly, she never rushes through an exam or maintenance and I always feel like she’s acting on my best interest. The office is really comfortable and they even have a Keurig for great coffee! The receptionist, Sarah, is awesome. I’ve used several audiology shops over the years, but Live Better Hearing is by far the best!

I recently moved to Frederick and had a problem with a hearing aid. I was able to make an appointment right away, and I was very relieved because the hearing specialist solved my problem! The receptionist was particularly helpful and responsive.
