I have been a patient of Mary Rose for the past seven years. Previously I had been to two other audiologists. I was not pleased with either one, because they were not thorough in their testing, and seemed more interested in selling hearing aides than service. Mary Rose is very thorough and knowledgeable . She is very patient and takes time to remedy any problem I might have. I am very pleased to have her as my audiologist. Her office staff is courteous and makes me feel comfortable. I hope to be her patient for many years. I would recommend her to anyone with hearing problems. Phil Schafer

I have known Mary Rose as an audiologist for over 25 years. She is the most remarkable audiologist I have had. I have been Deaf for over 78 years, so my experience dealing with audiologist has been a sensitive part of my life . Mary Rose is a good listener and asks a lot of questions to make sure that she understand my concerns with adapting to hearing aids. I was just at her office today because people were complaining about feedback coming from my new hearing aids. I was told to come back and she would make time for me. Her concerns were checking on two areas. One that I was having ear infections in my right ear. Possibly due to the types of ear molds. Worked with me on dealing with feedback by retraining me to put my ear molds on and making sure they were fitted. I left her office and no feedback occurred. Amazing audiologist and person filled with kindness and sensitivity. Very knowledgeable in the profession serving people with hearing losses. Understands the psychological impact hearing loss infects the lives of hearing people.

MaryRose Hecksel is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She genuinely cares about your hearing - its not about selling you aids. She helped my elderly mother when she was alive to have the best hearing possible and has now changed my life with my new hearing aids. At 52 I didn't realize that I had such significant hearing loss. I highly recommend her.
