After trying 2 other hearing places, Dr. Kimberly and her husband Dave are perfect for us. We have had our hearing aids for a year and a half, and are diligent about our 4month check-ups. They make sure or aids are in proper working order and that we are satisfied with the quality of our hearing. My husband had to have his both replaced, (they stopped working and could not be repaired), and we incurred no cost because they were insured. This office is top of the line for quality customer service, as well as quality product.

My husband went in for hearing testing and was told that he needed hearing aids as we had been telling him for years. Our insurance only covered a portion of the hearing aids (no fault of Livingston Hearing Center) but we found we could purchase the same hearing aids at Costco for much less that what our deductible even was. My insurance company said they would reimburse us the charge for the hearing aids since Costco does not deal with insurance, however, the insurance company required that we have a letter written by the Doctor that did his hearing exam at Livingston Hearing Center stating that hearing aids were needed and the results of his test. Livingston Hearing Center refused to write the letter (I presume because we did not purchase the hearing aids from them) and we were told that the letter could not be written because the test was not administered by a doctor. Interesting considering that the person who did his exam was Dr Kelley. We will not be returning to Livingston Hearing center
