Hearing Systems and Services was recommended to me by my doctor at U of M more than 20 years ago. Have always had prompt, compassionate help—and virtually no trouble ever with 4 different generations of hearing aids thanks to John Tecca and his friendly staff. Always send my friends to them!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tecca since the early 1990's, and find that his service has been consistently excellent. His clinic and his professional experience are tops, and I have had no reservations in recommending Hearing Services & Systems in Kalamazoo to friends. They have earned five stars!

I highly recommend Hearing Services & Systems. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. They do an excellent job explaining hearing aid options based on your needs and lifestyle.

What can I say about these wonderful people! The entire team is very professional and caring especially Dr Tecca. He is so humble and very knowledgeable, I don't know what I would have become without him; not only did he restore my hearing through a pair of an updated hearing aids but also he helped me find a way of paying them. He is super patient with my needs which are kind of different from other people with hearing issues, I will forever be indebted to him. It takes me two hours to drive to and from there but I would still do it if it took me 5 hours, that's how much I value their services.

LOVE my new hearing aids! I am a first timer and had a few issues the first couple of weeks, but thanks to Dr. Tecca and a tweak, am enjoying what the aids do for my hearing. Staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this office!
