I am pleased to say that the Staff and Doctor here are awesome and very helpful! Didn't know what hearing I was missing. Feeling happy! I would highly recommend this location to anyone questioning their hearing!

This review is on behalf of my wife Darlene Gardner. After suffering a disease called Auto Sclerosis, I started to lose my hearing. I've gone to several Doctors and hearing agencies that provided some help. Then I went to see James Clark at Miracle-Ear where I got some of the best results to improving my hearing abilities. I was totally deaf in my left ear and almost the same in my right, but with the help of James and some new hearing aid technology I'm hearing better than ever. I'm so grateful to James and Becky for all their help with my hearing needs. Miracle-Ear of Big Rapids has done the job for me.

Highly disappointed in the Hearing Specialist here, I work side by side with an audiologist and currently training for my hearing instrument specialist certificate as well as Dispense license. I would never sell a 75 year old lady who has no cell phone or smart device an $8000 set of hearing aids. Where I work the same hearing aids would cost her $2000. I live three hours away and will make sure that my grandmother is not financially taken advantage of because of her age and lack of knowledge with hearing devices. This is very disappointing that elderly can't count on someone knowledgeable to decently sell them something without price gouging!!
