I have been a client of Belltone - Packard Road now for over a year. I find both Casey and Amber to be two of the most pleasant people that I have ever met. They are quite professional and make you feel welcome. I rate them well above the five stars noted.

The Packard St. office is GREAT! Amber is so pleasant to talk to and always willing to work out any schedule you may need. I always appreciate the friendly appointment reminders. Casey is very patient and helpful with all of my questions. Casey has proven his knowledge for making my hearing instruments work at their peak for my needs. He has gone above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this office for your hearing aid needs!

My father-in-law Logan Combs is hearing better than ever. It's been a few years since his last hearing aids. The new ones work so much better than the last pair. And the Casey Fletcher knows everything about getting his hearing better than he could ever imagine. He's always available if we have a question or concern. Logan gets regular check ups to make sure the devices are fine tuned if needed. And Beltone worked extra hard to make sure they fit right and were comfortable. We definitely recommend Beltone and Casey Fletcher for a hearing evaluation. You won't believe how much better you could be hearing.

My father has been a Beltone client for 3 years now. I can honestly say that Casey Fletcher has truly changed his quality of life with hearing aids. Along with Amber who is so patient and helpful, Casey takes the time to listen to and explain any concerns he may have. My Dad is hearing better than he ever has in the past. Casey always treats us like family and I can't thank Casey and Beltone enough. I promise this is the place to be for the best care of your hearing.
