Miracle Ear Bloomfield Hills location is staffed with the nicest most knowledgeable & professional staff and so pleasant. Generally anything medical I dread, but they had me smiling & laughing throughout my entire appointment. All issues were resolved, all questions answered & follow up contact encouraged. Great people, I’ve popped in just to say hey since my initial appointment. Wonderful service and highly recommended. Thanks Jeffrey K! Waterford, MI

My name is Pam Jones and I would highly recommend this location. I recently took my mom for an appointment I found Deidre Davis at front desk and Madelyn Summer the Hearing Specialist to be very professional and kind. They not only did their jobs but They did their best. Excellent customer service.

Madelyn and Deidre are very special professional women that have changed my life forever with now being able to hear things I have never have heard before. I knew I had problems and ignored it for years. Madelyn taught me so much in 2 short visits and now I have my own set personalized. I can't thank her enough. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and would highly recommend their care to anyone.
