We were impressed the minute we walked into the office. It was open and well furnished. April greeted us and was very friendly. Our appointment with Susan went extremely well. She was friendly and put us at ease. Really she went beyond kind to help us see how we could hear better and know how. She did such a good job we left by joining the thousands of other folks who now hear what is going on every word!

Went to Miracle-Ear after having a bad experience with a competitor. I was skeptical anyone could help my failing hearing. I had just lost the hearing in my right ear due to a benign ear canal tumor. So Susan tried to fit me with a basic unit to see if that is what I needed. After a trial period, I still had some hearing loss. Susan then fitted me with a specialized cross over system that made the hearing much better. She made the switch at no additional cost. Regular follow up visits have fine tuned the unit, again at no cost. She knows what she is doing, and is very accommodating as to followup appointment times. I would recommend her to everyone. I wandered in "off the street" while traveling, without an appointment. I was greeted by the proprietress, who ushered me into an office and inquired as to the problem. I was unable to control the hearing aids via the iphone as I had previously. I had left the batteries in too long, they had gone dead, and (apparently) the bluetooth connection had gotten unpaired, and replacing the batteries did not resolve the issue. She first did a thorough cleaning of the hearing aids, replaced the ear bits, and the batteries. Then she walked me through the pairing procedure on the iphone, and a lengthy discussion on all the options that were available in the ME app, most of which I had no idea were even there! When I left, I had completely working hearing aids and a very good impression of the quality of service that I had gotten here!

I had purchased hearing aids a year ago and learned they were only amplifiers of sound. They were not capable of being programmed for my pacific hearing deficiencies. When in did a hearing test with Susan and tried the new technology I could hear sounds that I was not hearing before. I needed to hear my clients words for accuracy and I was missing many words and had to have then repeated and clarified. Now that I have my new hearing aids I am hearing many sounds I was missing and don't need to ask people to repeat words for me. I am grateful for the help and service I received.

My name is Donald J Yadlosky, my children were convinced I was deaf but I fought them tooth and nail until I finally gave in and went for the hearing test. The people at Fruitport specially Sue and April were both helpful and accommodating. The test was very helpful and convinced me I was in need of hearing aids. Since getting the aids I hear much better and my kids cannot believe the difference. I would recommend this group without hesitation.
