The staff at Miracle-Ear in Fenton has literally changed my life and I can’t say enough good things about them. Janna and Carla are patient, kind, and thorough and they have bent over backwards to help me every single visit. I feel like I’m visiting friends when I walk in the door. :)

Janna was remarkable explaining the need and use of new hearing aids. She is delightful and essential to the use of new Miracle Ear aids. I would highly recommend anyone who has hearing loss to see her first!

Excellent staff. Very knowledgeable, Janna goes above and beyond to diagnose the issue, and recommends the best product to fit your needs.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff! Carla at the reception desk greeted us quickly and made us feel welcome. Jason, the hearing specialist explained everything he was doing. Administered our hearing tests and explained the results in a way that was easy to understand. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. I highly recommend Miracle Ear and especially the Fenton location!

Lana and I have used this office for 7 to 8 years and are extremely satisfied with their service. Lana, in particular, values their skills and knowledge of not only the products but expertise in the field of hearing loss. Customer interaction is also above expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10, definitely a 10!
