I struggled with going to even get a hearing test. I knew I suffered from hearing loss and knew I would need hearing aids, and that is why I steered away. I felt I was too young for them, but Dr. Tim Needham and his staff were great! Very professional! Answer all my question, took time to explain the whole process with me. He was every accommodating to my schedule! I now have my hearings and they work well! I would definitely recommend Dr. Needham for all your hearing needs!

Dr Timothy Needham took the time to help me select the best hearing aid appropriate for my lifestyle. He is knowlegeable , personable and explains everything to you. Another thing I like about the Help You Hear Center is that they have a live person to answer the phone and Dr Tim returns the call right away. With the state of the art hearing aid I have, I enjoy more listening to music, watching TV and movies and more importantly hearing conversation very clearly. Thank you Dr. Tim Needham.

My mom recently got hearing aids from HUH! - Dr. Tim Needham and our experience was above and beyond our expectations! She is legally blind so Dr. Tim made home visits for her evaluation and fitting. He started by flushing out her ears and that alone helped improve her hearing. Dr. Tim is very knowledgeable, personable and patient! The hearing aids are very easy for my mom to use and wearing them has made a dramatic difference in her relationships! Thank you Dr Tim!!! :)
