Chad

I’ve been going to Sams Club for my hearing aids for 3-4 years. Chad has been wonderful from the start. He always takes the time to make sure my hearing aids are working. He never rushes me and answers all my questions. I will continue to use Chad for my hearing aids

Best help for your hearing

Chad was so helpful and knowledgeable! He took his time with me and answered all of my questions. It is hard to find professionals with expertise and genuine care for customers so I recommend Sam's Hearing Center for both!

Upon purchase of the Lucid hearing devices we were given domes that were not meant to cover the sound tip. When changing the dome and inserting the hearing aides the feel was not correct so again the hearing aides were removed but the newly applied domes caused a considerable problem. We phoned The Jefferson City Sam’s Club Hearing Center to make an emergency appointment with the hearing specialist. The receptionist was so very kind and polite when she answered our emergency call. That very day the Jefferson City Sam’s Club Hearing Specialist changed all that needed to be corrected! The wrong domes were NOT anything the Jefferson City Hearing Specialist had done previously but was what we were given previously by another specialist. The Sam’s Club Hearing Specialist at Jefferson City was the one who corrected the problem. AMAZING !!! We will go back and we are ever so great full for his service! Thank you many times over!
