1st I showed up early: less traffic than expected. I was offered coffee, donuts, water, etc. & settled in. It wasn’t long, staff was moving, l was led to where there was a smiling friend from 5 years earlier & it was like that was only yesterday. After I surrendered my hearing aids & related my difficulties I entered the sound proof room and got wired for sound. The same angelic voice I previously heard graced my ears pleasantly amplified. Right, then left then both when I was told I heard better with both than with either. After being informed of my options, I was given a copy of my test results, thanked the tester, salesman and the sparkling receptionist, indicated that I had a lot to consider and with a cool drink of water faced the warm afternoon air and trucked off to the Rainbow library than home to consider my battle plan, remembering having seen a missed friend and the words of an Italian cab driver who said, “I can shout, don’t hear you.”

ALL THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. VERY NICE PEOPLE. SPECIALLY THE DOCTOR LISA KURAK. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE AND HAPPY TO HELP ELDERLY. MY 100 YEARS OLD LADY NAMED DOROTHY BROWN IS VERY SATISFIED AND HAPPY.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BELTONE FOR ALL MY FUTURE CLIENTS...GOD BLESS ALL OF THEM....

Elaine Backman's professionalism and assistance is greatly appreciated. She used the video otoscope and also did more thorough exam using an ear scope to assess my ears. My hearing tests were very thorough (tones, as well as speech) and provided me with useful information... so I may obtain appropriate treatment. I'm very grateful for this service and will return for hearing aids if/when deemed necessary. Every one at this location was very helpful. Thank you so much!
