Dr. Artesky is gentle and informative. The staff is patient and kind as well. They do follow up and also check on you after any medical experiences.

I found Dr. Aretsky to be a kind man who was gentle in his physical examination of me and thoughtful with his questions and diagnosis. He made my visit a very pleasant one and I have no reservations in recommending him to anyone. 👍🏼

I love that Dr. Aretsky's office is so responsive to their patients. I had an incident overnight, called the office number at 7:45 a.m. and someone answered! The receptionist/nurse was so attentive and willing to help in any way she could so that I could get into the office quickly. I was in the office by 8:45 a.m. and home by 9:30 a.m. You just don't get service like that anymore in most doctors' offices. And Dr. Aretsky takes his time to listen to your concerns so that you never feel rushed. I have been going to him for many years now and I feel well cared for by him.

We're not sure if it was the fear of being sued or sheer incompetence that lead to my wife waiting 3+ months to finally find out they did not submit our claim for a new hearing aid. She is a school teacher so it is extremely important she has working hearing aids at all times. With our continuing effort to get, at a minimum, some answers to what was going on, they were completely aloof and dismissive. Also, the audiologist is only in a grand total of 2 hours a week, at noon on a weekday, so unless you are retired or otherwise have no other daily obligations, I recommend not wasting your time here.
