Dr Romero and her staff have been a delight to work with. Both my 91-year-old mom and I needed hearing aids. Dr Romero worked with us to find a perfect one for each of us. She was so patient and talked so clearly so we could understand every word. The manufacturer had a flaw with our first hearing aids and the staff made sure to rectify the problem and left us completely satisfied. The staff is always friendly and very effiecient too.

I just can’t say enough about this place, they went above and beyond what any place would ever do to get my hearing aids covered by my insurance. It did take 7 months of paperwork and arguing for me with the insurance company, but they never gave up. Plus the fact they are extremely professional, nice and they care. The Doctor is very knowledgeable, professional and has a very good bedside manner. // Adding to my review 3 weeks later, and we were at a noisy pub where I normally can not hardly hear the people I was sitting with when I found myself listening to a conversation 20 feet away, and clearly hear that conversation and the people that I was with. Dr Dena Fahlquist is the most caring and honest Dr. out there, and the staff is just awesome.

Excellent the Staff and Dr. Romero went above and beyond.. Dr. Romero and her staff are amazing they are friendly, quick to assist with anything questions or assistance with equipment. I recommend Dr. Romero's office to anyone who has hearing loss or hearing aids.

The staff at Audiology Associates changed my life. I am hearing impaired and I had no idea what I was missing. I went years making subtle adjustments in order to participate in a conversation from saying "what?, pardon me?, Huh?" to doing a poor job at reading lips. After my evaluation I was fitted with a set of hearing aids, adjusted, and helped with the transition of adapting to sensory changes. I can now hear my wife speak to me along with the laughter of my children. I don't miss out on conversations anymore. My quality of life is certainly for the better.

Staff are unhelpful and unnecessarily hostile. Patients are treated more like a dollar sign, recommend getting service elsewhere. Update, thank you for responding, I never said anything about cost or services in my review, so I'm not sure what you are referring to. I've expressed my grievance towards you and your staff in the past, and judging by other reviews, I can say with confidence I'm not the only person to receive such negative customer service.
