In the last 2 years I have been to several doctors with excellent reputations in NYC and Long Island to diagnose/treat my acute hearing loss in one ear. Dr. Callesano was the first clinician EVER to take the time to explain my hearing loss and taught me how to read the audiology test graph. The evaluation was completely thorough. I now understand what happened, and most importantly know the next steps to hear better.

I have never met a more thorough and accommodating group of Doctors anywhere. The compassion they have had helping me with tinnitus-never have I experienced elsewhere.

As a Veteran; senior, wounded, and disabled I was happy to be treated by the team of professionals at the Hearing and Tinnitus Center in Woodbury. On entering the clean, neat office it was apparent to me that they had my best interest in mind.

I have been using Dr. Hertzfeld for over 15 years and have never consider using another. She is thorough and clearly explains what she is doing and why.

I developed tinnitus almost 2 years ago and some days I can deal with it, other days are exhausting to say the least. I was extremely happy with my visit, the office and equipment is very well maintained and clean. My care was second to none, all of my questions were answered, I received alot of knowledge and I was not being rushed at all. I can't express how hard it is to find an office that is this helpful and courteous to it's patients. If there was a six star option I would definitely have pressed that.
