The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the waiting area is not too comfortable. On the plus side I've never had to use the waiting area for more than a few minutes. Dr. Maddock is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions and discuss options. That is much appreciated in today's health care environment.

Wilmington Hearing Specialists provide exceptional service. She is passionate about educating patients on the importance of addressing hearing loss and the solutions available. When I visited with Mary last, I learned that hearing loss is often genetic. If left untreated, parts of your brain may actually stop working. I would recommend Mary and her team to perform a hearing evaluation. After all, there is a huge difference between an audiologist and a hearing aid provider.

I waited over an hour with a 2 yr old and 4 year old for both of their appointments. I almost had to cancel. Extreemly long wait
