Excellent service from Kim and I'm very pleased with my new hearing aids. Have needed a few adjustments which she took care of quickly and very well.

We had a great experience everyone is so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable in all aspects of the testing and anything about hearing aids. They will recommend if you need a hearing aid but never pushy. They also don't try to sell you one if you don't need one. If money is an issue they will steer you to places(organizations) that will help with you purchasing one. We recommend them very much if you need aid or testing done.

I had never had a hearing test before today and I must say I was fascinated with the whole process. Dawn and Kim are terrific and very professional. I learned more about ears than I ever knew. Process is painless! Go meet them, in the Professional Center behind Kroger in Hardy.
