Fantastic experience here . These are the best hearing aids I've ever had, and I've been wearing them since childhood. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I am so happy I chose them!

Hi. I received my hearing aids in 2017 and am highly impressed with Dr. Oden’s knowledge in Audiology and her professionalism. The same is true for her office staff. My visit to Hearing Solutions began with an extensive testing and selection of the Hearing Aids that best matched my loss of hearing in both ears. Hearing in different situations (Telephone, Home, Office, Restaurant, etc.) is now close to perfect and I can hear things again I did not hear before my consultation with Dr. Oden Thank you Dr. Oden and Team! The service was excellent & they stayed true to their name! Dr Loden & Jane Walters were extremely sensitive to my needs and my pockets. They worked with my budget (which was little to nothing) & gave me a solution I could work with...and hear with!!! I learned if you don't treat moderate hearing loss as it begins it can deteriorate your mental function. I'm a proud 47 year old owner of hearing aids now and am thrilled with the service they've given me.

Stay away from this place!They are nothing more than money grabbers! I was quoted a price of $255 to get a pair of Phonak hearing aids reprogrammed for my husband. This was supposed to be the "out-the-door" price including reprogramming and the hearing test, without insurance I might add. I had asked, and was told that this was something they could do in their office. Since this was a hundred less than others had quoted I made my husband an appointment. Today, at the appointment, he was told that the cost would be almost $1500, AND they would have to send the aids off somewhere to do the reprogramming. Back in 3-4 WEEKS! BAIT AND SWITCH !! I don't think anyone will ever see this post, as I have tried 4 times now to post it. Only the 5 star post show up on this site.
