What a wonderful business! Val at the front desk was professional and helpful and Dr. Heather Vaught, the Audiologist, was super. She was so kind to my mother and helped both with the repair of her hearing aid as well as making sure the hearing aid was programmed properly. We will definitely go back regularly to make sure both my mother’s hearing and the equipment is good.

Dr. Vaught and her staff did an awesome job with my hearing evaluation. They were extremely nice, courteous and professional. They took the extra time to answer my questions and offered excellent explanations. I would definitely trust their professionalism and recommend Dr. Vaught and her staff to anyone. A Job well done and much appreciated.

I had received a flier from Ascent Audiology & Hearing about a for a free hearing consultation and ear examination. I took my 86 year old mother to Dr. Heather Vaught for an assessment of her hearing abilities. I was impressed in so many ways with the doctor and her office. - The staff was courteous, friendly and quick to attend. - In spite of the fact that this evaluation was free of any charge, Dr. Heather was very comprehensive in conducting all tests. This to me was an indication of her professionalism and integrity. - The whole process was interactive. Dr. was very patient in explaining results of the various tests. She was always pleasant even when she had to explain the same things multiple times. - Even though, my mother is generally shy and isn't fluent in speaking english, Dr. Vaught's calming presence got my mother to describe her conditions correctly. This to me is sign of a good doctor. - All of my expectations were met and much more! My mother came out satisfied and happy with the experience. - I would recommend Dr. Vaught in a heartbeat and wish her and her staff the very best and lots of success. Ashok Narain
