I went to Beltone hearing in Twinsburg to see about getting a new hearing aid for my mentally challenged brother since he lost one. Jeanine was truly awesome. She actually drove out of her way to help my brother out off the clock and I am so grateful for all her caring. She also looked into every angle she could to get him a needed upgrade at an affordable price. I won’t go anywhere else!

I been going here for just about two years. Pleasant people. Knowledgeable staff, and friendly. I was told a hearing aid would not work and came here and found one that works for me.
