Chris is a great guy but that's about all that I can say the parking lot is gravel and hard to find a spot. And yes in a previous review it isn't handicap friendly. Prices slightly cheaper and I still think places take advantage of elderly and the handicap..Chris tries hard to help but only so much he can do.

NOT HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY!!!!! No parking . Gravel driveway and unstable ramp that is very hard to get a wheelchair onto, as well as over the door to get inside. Extremely rude receptionist who needs a lesson in verbiage and how to use her words properly. Paid $5000 for hearing aids and when we went to have them serviced , was told that it was “old technology and they didn’t have the proper computer technology to program them” Lmao Th technology is not even 3years old. Just a sales tactic to take advantage of the elderly and insurance companies. PATHETIC
