Following a hearing test some four years ago I purchased a basic, programmable hearing aid which did improve my hearing, but with the passing of time I realized I was having some difficulty understanding individual voices in group meetings, in restaurants, and over background noise. Recently I approached Beltone with a request to evaluate my current hearing aids and recommend a possible upgrade. I did upgrade to a Beltone AMAZE set and am experienced marked improvement in the ability to hear in varied situations. I appreciate the range of adjustments I can make from the hearing aids themselves, and even more so the ability to make additional adjustments from my cell phone with Beltone's HEAR/MAX program. I also like the rechargeable battery. I have received capable advice and guidance from Beltone personnel and feel that I have purchased a quality product.

A lot of people I have talked to are in denial about needing hearing assistance. My experience from start to finish at Beltone in Charleston, WV was a pleasant one. The hearing test they give is top notch and my results were explained in detail along with all my device options. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with the decision to receive help. You will love Sara and Janice!

I had difficulty understanding. I could often hear but not understand. People sounded like they were often mumbling. Beltone, with only one adjustment in my new hearing aids corrected these problems I now enjoy movies, concerts, church and ordinary conversations. Wonderful.

My husband, John Kemplin, is the patient and has been for many years. He has always gotten wonderful service from Sara Swann and she is very good at explaining his hearing loss and taking time to help with what kind of hearing aids he needs for his condition. She is so personable in her dealing with hearing impaired people so we always look forward to meeting with her. Janice has been so kind in making his appointments easy to keep with trying to always set his times up so it is convenient for him. Also when entering the office for an appointment, you can count on Janice to greet you with a smile and a nice welcome. It is a pleasure to do business with such honest and welcoming people as Sara and Janice along with the great service you get whenever you need them, Also I feel Beltone has given John the most competent service that is available when it comes to quality of hearing aids. I recommend them to anyone who asks about John's hearing aids. Thanks, Beltone, for your service. John and Beverly Kemplin
