Friendly staff. However, my first appointment was cancelled just as I was arriving in Findlay. I was told the doctor was sick, which is understandable, but also that their computer system was down and they couldn't reschedule. Instead, they said they'd call me back and reschedule when the system was up. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. My goal was to get in before the new year since I'd already met my deductible. Now, it's not likely possible. I've not had time to call myself since I work 2 jobs and have a young kiddo at home.

Everyone is always so kind and great with my son. The doctors are truly amazing at their job and I’m so grateful to receive help from them for my sons hearing, just an amazing experience every time.
