My regular audiologist is on Vacation, and unfortunately I had an issue with my custom ear mold. I called 6 different places and each said it would be a week before they could solve my issue. I called Robert at 930AM and he said he could cone up with a solution, squeezed me in for 1030 AM the same day and was able to fit me with a temporary ear bud. I highly recommend this business because they are quick in response and extremely friendly. Robert was a life saver for me today!

I have been going to Ellis & Scott for hearing aids since 1988. I believe I have just bought my 5 pair through them. Obviously I HIGHLY recommend them. Born with a hearing loss and wearing aids since I was 22 I have experienced many failures, problems and tears. Dr. Scott gave me my first successful hearing aid ever. They have the knowledge and technology and they have customer care. Dealing with loss can be very emotional but when you find people you trust and can depend on, it makes an amazing experience instead of defeat. I have the wireless NUEar and I expected only a little better and it’s so beyond that. I am able to hear people with asking them to repeat that I couldn’t hear in 10 years. I have my radio at volume 11 instead of 25 and my TV at 30 instead of 70. I am amazed. At 90% deaf there is no way I would hear bionic but I’m experiencing things I haven’t heard in years. I’m not afraid to go into a store alone anymore. My last set lasted for about 19 years which is unheard of but they were that good and they helped me take care of them to last that long. I see now that I should have upgraded sooner but I was afraid of new technology and mine worked well – or so I thought they did.
