Cara is an amazing Audiologist. She’s very knowledgable about hearing aids and the science behind your hearing loss. I love that no matter what patient pops in, she always remember their each unique background and history. Not to mention, she is very decisive when choosing what hearing aid is right for each individual patient. She fights for her patients and she wears many different hats in the clinic. This is a crucial characteristic that is important for a doctor to have when dealing with patients. My grandparents, aunt and many friends and mentors have gotten hearing aids from her. She’s my go-to request for all hearing needs! 5 out of 5 stars! The current receptionist on the other hand, needs to learn to smile more. Or at least fake that she loves her job- for the patients sake. I feel sorry for the patients that are serviced by her. :( 0 out of 5 stars.

Always have a good experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can even hear my wife now, even though sometimes I wish I didn't. Oh well, so I would like to say thanks.
