The Customer Service I got at this Office location was beyond amazing! I am new to the City and was in need of a Hearing aid place. Did a walk in and right away the Receptionist (Alexis) was just on it with great customer service and seemed very happy. She made me feel very welcomed, good customer service is very hard to find but not here. She was very good with direction getting me to the office and was very well spoken with providing me with information on All American Hearing, but the good treatment didn't stop there. The Hearing specialist (Leah) came out and was so kind to me, both these ladies were outstanding! I will definitely be looking more into this company in the future.

I am very impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well as the Hearing Specialist Leah, who clearly has the patient interest in mind. Leah explains everything and truly wants to make sure you have the best hearing possible. I highly recommend All American Hearing of Salem for your hearing needs.

I started working with Leah back in late 2012. I have worn hearing aids since 1974 and obviously they had changed over the years. I attended a special promotion of a new hearing aid by Starkey at Leah's office. Both she and the Starkey rep were very professional and helpful. While I had current hearing aids that were working fine, we found that these new hearing aids helped even more and had some features that my current ones did not have. Since that time, i have had quarterly appointments with Leah and she has kept my hearing aids updated, cleaned and in good working order. She has asked pertinent questions about any concerns that I have and has suggested programming changes that have helped. I currently have a 60 - 80% hearing loss, depending on the range. Leah and her current assistant, Alexis, have always been friendly, professional and helpful.

My first thought would be if determination and personality could solve my hearing problems then Leah the lady at all american hearing in Salem Oregon would get it done. She has spent a lot of time and effort keeping these very sensitive instruments functioning, and for that I am very grateful. The number of functions that these aids will perform does not in of its self solve my hearing problem. My inability to understand what is being said cannot be cured with amplification. That being said,I'm not at all happy but I know Leah is doing her utmost in trying to help me.Thank you for allowing me to spout off. The American Hearing on Lancaster in Salem Oregon is an awesome place for a testing and buying hearing aids. I just want you all to know that Leah Karaker, the manager and the one who does the testing and fitting of hearing aids, at the Lancaster location in Salem is AWESOME and you are very blessed to have her in your company.and working with all of us, especially us elders. I look forward to the time when we can afford to get another set of hearing aids. to replace the ones that were lost at Thanksgiving time because one of them made a loud noise that never happened before, so I took them out and left them behind to to go for Thanksgiving dinner at another home. It was out of town 2 hours away and I forgot to look for them to be in the place I left them. We got home and I had left them, but the people in the other town could not find them. I is a huge mystery and now I must stay home. I will use the time to do a commissioned huge writing project that I have been putting off due to many other body repair surgeries that are now done. This is forcing me to stay home and my husband has long ago learned to talk to me when he is close to me. Maybe when I complete the project in several months, we can even afford an updated version and that would be wonderful too. I am not going to complain because there are a whole lot of people who would trade my affliction for their problems in a "heart beat.", so no "mouth down syndrome" on my face. Thank you and I highly recommend the All American Hearing store on Lancaster, in Salem, Oregon. Martha Cannon
