Rachelle and Dina are both great! I went in because I felt like I had less hearing in one ear than the other (thank you 80s rock music!) They worked with my schedule and It was so smooth. The office is clean and the women treat you like family. They are helpful, professional and caring.

Dina is fantastic. My husband has hearing aids and sometimes complains I'm mumbling. Dina always has both of us go back to her office and after adjusting the aids has me talk to my husband. It is amazing that I no longer mumble. Dina can spot the problem right off. Be it plugged hearing aid, wax buildup in his ears or whatever. We drive about 65 miles to Miracle Ear in Salem, Oregon and although we now have an office in our coastal town there is no way we'd change what we are doing. Thanks for having such an efficient, caring employee. We have recommended the Salem office to several people.

I got in real easy and found out I’ve probably had a hearing deficit my whole life. Dena was really helpful and Rachelle made it very easy to make appointments.
