Dr. Robertson is brusque and to the point, but he listens and gets things done. The staff is awesome! Very pleased with my care!!

If you are looking to get real answers dont waste your time here. I rarely feel the need to leave reviews but ive walked out of two appointments now very disappointed and with no answers. I saw Both DR. Robertson and Dr. Gambrell and was not pleased with either. One didnt explain any of the medical terms he kept throwing at me even though i sat there probably looking very confused and the other would ask me a question and then just talk over me when i tried to answer. Basically just threw more meds at me hoping one of them would work instead of maybe trying to look deeper into the issue. I get they are busy people but still. Felt like I was brushed aside because i wasn't surgical. The MAs we way more helpful and nice than the actual MDs. WIll not be going back

I was very disappointed with my first appointment. The person that did my hearing test was great, but the doctor I saw was too busy trying to impress the student he brought in the room with him to even look in my ears. Nor did he introduce the student to me. Nothing too crazy to complain about, but I won't be returning.

Great doctors and staff are willing to work with you and around your schedule. Doctor is straight forward and to the point which may seem pushy to others but I was fine with it.
